Lemon Colour Splash is a professional concentrated paste icing colour by Colour Splash
- These new Colour Splash colourings are an exciting alternative to Rainbow Dust Colours
- why do we need yet another range of icing colours?... new shades mean an extended colour palette and very competitive prices
- the Colour Splash range offers an extended palette of colours to add to the excellent Sugarflair, Wilton, Rainbow Dust Pro Gelpaste colours
- professional grade highly concentrated icing colourings
- plastic squeeze tube with thin nib allows you to add precise amounts of colour and minimises waste
- perfect for royal icing, buttercream, flower/gum paste, cake mixes, frostings & fillings, isomalt piping gel, cake lace mixes, desserts and white chocolate
- Squeezy tubes mean less mess and less risk of cross contamination of colours
- approx 25g nett
- approx 13.5cm / 5½" long wipe clean tube - screw lid with safety seal on nib which requires cutting before use
- colour coded tubes for easy identification of colours
- add a tiny drop at a time to build up shade
- mix with other icing paste colourings for an infinite range of shades
- mix with Rejuvenator Fluid for an edible liquid colour to paint on to icing
- for buttercream, use Super Duper White to whiten the buttercream before adding colouring as this normally gives truer shades
- can also be used for molten white chocolate, PME Candy Buttons or Wilton Candy Melts
- BBE at least 3-4 months, normally much (much!) longer - often 12+ months
- ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sugar, gelling agent: E406 (Agar gum), acidity regulator: E330 (citric acid), colour E122 (Carmoisine), preservative: E202 (Potassium sorbate)
- suitable for vegetarians
- produced in a facility which handles milk, soya, nuts and sulphites - traces may be present
- customers wishing to avoid alcohol can use water to thin but this will take longer to dry and won't give as good a finish
- known as pastes in the UK and gels in the USA - same products
- shade accuracy - please remember colours shown are representative only and will look different on different PC monitors and tablet / phone screens
- colours normally darken slightly on drying
- nutritional advice is that for every 1kg cake / icing add up to 12g colour - more for models etc
- although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
