With user-friendly electronic controls as standard, the Blue Seal convection oven gives you accuracy to cook with absolute precision. 20 programmes, each with up to three stages, ensure you've got the ability to achieve deliciously perfect food - whether that's a large batch of lasagne or GNs full of roast vegetables.

Despite its size, the Blue Seal has an impressive internal capacity - you can fit up to four full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans inside, making it perfect for demanding professional kitchens. It's efficient too, needing only a single 13A plug for power. Not only does this reduce running costs, but makes the oven much easier to install and position where its needed most - there's no specialist installation required.
