Cheddar and Jalapeno Bloomer

Our white bloomer is a yeasted loaf that uses some of our sourdough starter in a sponge to help develop flavour.  This version also contains jalapeños and chunks of cheddar cheese

This loaf uses all organic white flour.

This loaf is best during the first 3 days.

Contains GLUTEN, MILK.

All our cakes are made in an environment that contains MILK, EGG, PEANUT, and SOYA.  Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
