Booking Terms & Conditions

Firstly, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing The Sunflower Bakery.

Our Ice Cream Sandwich Cookie Platters are to be purchased via our website and paid in full to confirm your reservation.

·       Bookings can be made anytime but no later than 3 days prior to the booking date.

·       Payments are non-refundable. This includes individual cancellations as well as the whole table.

·       If any of the guests do not turn up after the food is prepared, prices cannot be refunded however the food can be collected as take away.

·       We allow a 15-minute grace period for your arrival, however if you fail to attend within this time, we will cancel your reservation. This may apply even if you attempt to contact us on the day of your reservation or if there is a partial arrival of guests. This is due to the food being prepared close to your reservation and ready to serve.

·       All bookings guests have duration of 2 hours, starting from the time of the booking unless agreed otherwise.

• Please be aware that the ice cream platter menu is set, no changes can be made to the menu as the food is prepared fresh ready for your arrival.
• All afternoon teas are freshly made in a kitchen that handles all allergens. Please contact us ASAP or speak to a member of staff in store if you have any food allergies or intolerances prior to making your booking.
