Our multigrain bloomer is a yeasted loaf that uses some of our sourdough starter in a sponge to help develop flavour. It's a classic all round loaf which is great for everything.
This loaf uses a blend of white and wholemeal organic flours plus malt flakes, oats, sunflower seen, linseed and chopped rye.
This loaf is best during the first 3 days.

All our cakes are made in an environment that contains MILK, EGG, PEANUT, and SOYA. Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
